These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Sandbox Simulator ("the Service," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the website, desktop app, accounts, cloud sync, community tools, or any other Service feature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Sandbox Simulator is a simulation platform for creating, managing, importing, and playing through simulated worlds, seasons, teams, players, maps, and related data. The Service may include first-party content, generated content, imported datasets, user-created content, and community-shared content. Features may change over time as the product evolves.
The Service may display or let users import names, marks, logos, statistics, images, or other materials connected to third parties. Those materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. Unless we state otherwise, Sandbox Simulator is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any third-party league, publisher, team, player, brand, or platform. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed for any content you upload, import, or share.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms were violated or continued use creates risk for users, the Service, or third parties.
You retain ownership of the saves, worlds, maps, profiles, imports, and other content you create or upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, and back up that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service. If you publish or share content publicly or with the community, you also grant us the rights needed to display and distribute it through those sharing features. Keep your own backups; we do not guarantee that saves or imported content will never be lost, corrupted, or deleted.
The Service may offer free features, paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases. Paid plans cover account resources such as cloud save storage and an ad-free experience. Prices, plan limits, features, and availability may change over time.
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. If you start a recurring payment, it renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals through the payment provider or by contacting us.
Except where required by law or clearly stated at checkout, payments are final and non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will review it.
The Service, including its software, interface, design, systems, original content, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We try to preserve user data and provide reasonable notice for significant changes, but the Service is evolving and may contain bugs, outages, data errors, balance changes, or content changes.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that saved data will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sandbox Simulator and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from or related to the Service. To the extent we are found liable, our total liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or CAD $50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sandbox Simulator and its operator from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or create risk for the Service, users, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Ontario, Canada will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws give you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
