Sandbox Simulator is an independent project created by Shariq Khan and Ibrahim Olamran. We read bug reports, gameplay feedback, correction requests, accessibility notes, and questions about accounts or privacy.
Community and support
The fastest place to report a reproducible gameplay issue or discuss a feature is our community Discord. Include the mode, world, season and the steps that produced the problem; please remove account tokens or other private information from screenshots.

We will never ask for your password, session cookie, recovery code, or payment-card number. For deletion and data-rights requests, use the account controls described in the Privacy Policy whenever possible. Those controls create a clearer and safer request trail than posting personal details in a public channel.
