Player power & front-office trust
- CHANGEMyPlayer can recommend a 65+ relationship ally to the GM from MyPlayer → Relationships → GM Recommendation Board
- CHANGEThe GM evaluates chemistry, your front-office trust, roster space, contract status, rating upgrade, and replacement cost; accepted recommendations create real world transactions
- CHANGEA successful recommendation builds front-office trust by 3. If the GM passes after you put your reputation behind the player, trust drops by 5 and the reason is recorded
Creator pressure becomes roster pressure
- CHANGEThe Creator timeline calls for #FreePlayer when individual production and team results split, and calls out players being carried when wins hide bad film
- CHANGEThree carry-level losses now trigger an actual roster review: the org can release its weakest eligible teammate and sign a credible free-agent upgrade in the live world
