Release 3.9
The game gets social. Friends, a proper home screen for signed-in players, a search that goes everywhere, a sidebar that stays put, and battle royale group stages that play like real lobbies.

Friends
- NEWAdd friends. Send a request, accept one, and see your people on a new Friends page, a shelf on your home screen, and a row in the sidebar with a badge when someone is waiting on you. Requests also land in the notification bell.
- NEWEvery public profile has relationship controls on it: add, accept, remove or block. Blocks work both ways and the other person is never told.
- NEWPrivacy settings on your account page decide who can find you, who can send requests, and whether friends can see what you are playing. Activity sharing is off unless you turn it on, and even then friends only see the mode, club, season and week, never the save itself.
Home
- NEWSigned-in players land on a home dashboard instead of the marketing page: your career saves, your friends, what is new in the community and the latest release, all on one screen.
- NEWA fixed top bar and a sidebar on every page once you are signed in, so careers, community, worlds, maps and friends are one click from anywhere. It folds down cleanly on a phone.
Search that goes everywhere
- CHANGEThe search box in the top bar now takes you to a real results page for worlds, maps, players or people, with tabs to carry the same keyword between them. A search has a link now, so you can share one or come back to it.
- CHANGEFinding people moved out of the Friends page and into that same search, with add and accept right there in the results.
- CHANGECommunity pages load more as you scroll instead of stopping at a page, and every tile shows views and saves alongside likes.
Battle royale group stages are lobbies
- CHANGEIn a battle royale world the group stage now plays the way the real events do. Each drawn group is its own lobby, a match day drops one lobby at a time, and the top teams from every lobby move on. No more pretending a lobby is a bracket.
Names and numbers
- NEWGenerated players get proper gamertags. A world can bring its own bank of names, and where it does not, the built-in pool takes over, with no duplicates inside a world.
- CHANGEEvery scoreboard column carries an icon, and season averages and totals are formatted the way a stats page should be.
- FIXStray horizontal scrollbars on wide pages are gone.
